This event will begin with a short presentation to the entire group, followed by a short discussion in the large group format. Then we'll break into smaller groups in order to facilitate more natural, intimate conversations with the other members...

TOPIC DESCRIPTION:

Numbers Rule!!

Pythagoras (c. 600 bc) said: "The world is built on the power of numbers".

All ancient cultures used some form of number/letter study for divination & to find thier place in the greater scheme of the universe.

Each number has its own esoteric vibrational energy which reflects & effects everything (organic & non) in us & around us. The more we acknowledge, understand & use these vibrations, the more comfortably we'll participate in the flow of life.

Now, in our practical present, we've learned that Physics, Cosmology, Finance, Technology, etc, are expressed in mathematical equations and that the Human Form, Light & Sound, Architecture, Music, etc. conform to arithmetic proportions.

Numbers Rule!! Both in the physical & the spiritual realms.

As in the past, modern humans living in an uncertain & overwhelming world search for knowledge to make order out of chaos, connect with a Higher Truth, understand themselves better & predict future success. Today one such avenue is westernized Numerology. Using your B/day & Name, you can learn about your personal Talents, Traits, Trials & Life Tasks to help you get the most out of your life...

We'll be looking at:
1) A Brief history & schools of Numerology

2) Some characteristics of the numbers 1-9 (spiritual, mythological, by culture, in superstitions & as personality traits.)

3) A Brief look at YOUR B/day & Destiny Path (blank Chart provided).

I'm going to be giving a rich soup of info: mythology, music, cultural, historical, etc) about numbers 1-9 & others, + stories, etc.

For those of you interested in your own Numerology chart (provided) as you listen to the info about your B/day & Destiny #s there will be too much to remember (believe me).

SO - you're welcome to bring your own tape recorder, even if you like to take notes. If you'll want to review 'who you are', later, you'll be happy you did
